SUMMARY:Sundials and Prayer Times - Dr Frank King
DESCRIPTION:The suggestion that prayer times should be determined by where the sun is in the sky seems strange today\, but evidence of this practice abounds on the walls of medieval churches in the form of primitive sundials. \nDr Frank King is a Fellow in Computer Science at Churchill College\, Cambridge\, University Bellringer and Keeper of the University Clock\, and Chairman of the British Sundial Society \nTickets are FREE\, but we encourage a DONATION
