David Pritchard, Vice Chair of Cambridgeshire Historic Churches Trust (CHCT), doesn’t have a bike, so he’s decided to STRIDE onto the organ bench of his local parish church in Little Downham to raise funds for this year’s Ride and Stride on Saturday 10th September.

The annual Ride and Stride raises much-needed funds which the Trust gives to churches of all denominations in the county as grants and interest-free loans in the coming year. All monies raised by Ride and Stride can be divided equally between the Trust and the Church nominated by the participant.

Between 10 am and 1 pm, David will play as many hymns as time allows, and he’s looking for sponsors! You don’t have to be there in person, but you’ll be welcome if you are – and if you come, you don’t have to stay for long, nor will you have to sing.

If you haven’t yet decided how to support this CHCT’s Ride and Stride, please consider sponsoring David using one of the donation points below.

The organisers hope that every church community in the county will do something this year. Whatever you do, enjoy supporting your local community and invite others to join you!
