Things to note: 5 items of interest; 1. Carved name on roof beam '1629 John Lamb churchwarden' on left hand side on entering church. 2. 17th century communion rails 3. Wooden hexagon dated 1614 on south chancel wall. The letters are so arranged that they make up almost the same words whether they are read across, down, backwards or forwards. 4. The East window has fine Victorian stained glass dedicated to the Hatfields, an important farming family who are also commemorated in the West window. 5. As you leave the church, on the left there is a poor box adapted from a 15th century oak post.
